Ingredients
  • Optimum Nutrition - 100% Whey Gold Standard - Strawberry, 1 Scoop
  • Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Gluten Free Rolled Oats, ½ c. dry
  • Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
  • Strawberries, 4 medium
  • Water, 12oz
Instructions
  1. Grind dry oatmeal separately first until it is a powder then combine remain ingredients and blend until smooth.
